Sapientius - SAP Consulting Firm

Overview

Sapientius was developed as a full-stack system that combines the digital delivery of SAP consulting services with the management of internal operations on a single platform. The project consists of a bilingual corporate website, an operations dashboard with administrator and employee roles, and an Express.js-based REST API. The goal was to centralize employee, customer, project, and time tracking processes while delivering the brand’s SAP consulting, S/4HANA transformation, implementation, integration, and managed support services through a robust digital experience.

The Challenge

The system was not merely intended to serve as a corporate showcase site. It needed to record the activities employees performed for different companies and projects, track working hours, and allow managers to verify, lock, and report on these records. Additionally, blogs, service pages, contact requests, images, multilingual content, and the site theme needed to be manageable without requiring technical support.

The Approach

The platform was configured as two separate React applications and a Node.js/Express API under a single repository. On the corporate website, SAP services, blog content, “About Us” sections, and contact flows were dynamically served via MongoDB. Turkish and English content management, DeepL-powered automatic translation, SEO meta tags, dynamic theme options, and a Cloudinary media upload infrastructure were implemented.
The internal operations dashboard utilized JWT-based authentication and Admin/Employee role separation. Administrators can manage employees, client companies, internal and external tasks, content, and visitor messages, while employees can log their daily activities by selecting a company and task. Operational traceability was enhanced with date-based filtering, work hour charts, an activity locking mechanism, and Excel report outputs.

Outcome

The result is a comprehensive platform that serves as both Sapientius’s digital showcase and internal operations center. The team can manage employees, client companies, active projects, consulting activities, working hours, website content, and communication requests through a single system. The platform offers a scalable infrastructure that reduces manual reporting processes, accelerates content updates, and makes SAP consulting operations more transparent, measurable, and sustainable.
