Miramob - Modular Furniture and Architecture
What would happen if modular furniture and architecture came together? This amazing project is the result!
At a Glance
MOB Proje was developed as a full-stack platform that combines the digital presentation of architectural design and custom furniture services with the management of internal operations. The project consists of a corporate website, a content management system, an operations dashboard, and a NestJS-based REST API.
The goal was to present the brand’s projects, products, and services through a powerful digital experience while centralizing production costing, inventory, orders, work orders, marketplace integration, and accounting processes in a single hub.
The Challenge
It was not sufficient for the system to function merely as a corporate website showcasing architectural projects and furniture products. It was necessary to cost products from raw materials to finished goods, track inventory movements, manage orders, and generate work orders for production.
Additionally, portfolio projects, product catalogs, services, customer reviews, product videos, and contact requests needed to be managed without requiring technical support. Tracking product data on Trendyol and İkas and linking operational records to accounting processes were also among the system’s key requirements.
What Was Done
The platform was configured as two separate Next.js applications and a NestJS API under a monorepo structure. On the corporate website, projects, products, services, customer reviews, and product videos were dynamically served via PostgreSQL. A fast and reliable user experience was created using static generation and periodic re-validation.
The internal admin panel implemented JWT-based authentication, HttpOnly refresh cookies, two-factor authentication, and role-based authorization. While website administrators can manage content, projects, customer messages, and site settings, operations managers have access to product, pricing, inventory, order, work order, reporting, and integration processes.
The pricing engine was developed to calculate costs for raw materials, parts, PVC tape, accessories, modules, boxes, shipping, and stock codes. Product synchronization and reporting processes were centralized through integrations with Trendyol and İkas.
In the accounting module, features such as document upload via Cloudinary, document analysis supported by OpenAI and Gemini, transaction creation, transaction splitting, exchange rate tracking, export, and reconciliation with pricing records have been implemented.
Result
The result is a comprehensive platform that serves as both a digital storefront and an internal operations center for MOB Proje. The team can manage portfolio projects, the product catalog, customer requests, production costs, inventory movements, orders, work orders, marketplace integrations, and accounting records all through a single system.
The platform offers a scalable infrastructure that reduces manual calculation and reporting processes, accelerates content updates, and makes all operations—from design to production, and from inventory to sales—more traceable, measurable, and sustainable.
