SocialTech - Modern Digital Agency

We’re Making Digital Growth Scalable!

At a Glance

Social Tech Platform was developed as a full-stack agency operations system that manages a digital growth agency’s customer acquisition, service delivery, team coordination, and client communication processes through a single digital platform. The platform consists of a public corporate website, an admin panel, a role-based employee dashboard, a client portal, and a central API built on NestJS.
The goal was to present the digital marketing and software services offered by Social Tech through a robust digital showcase while making all workflows—from sales to project delivery—centralized, secure, and scalable.

The Challenge

Social Tech’s operations were not limited to just client and task management. CRM leads, employee assignments, projects, sprints, client approvals, design revisions, file deliveries, ad campaigns, social media content, performance reports, and client requests were all part of the same operational chain.
Different users—such as managers, project managers, developers, designers, performance specialists, social media specialists, CRM specialists, and customers—needed to be able to access only their respective areas of responsibility within the same system. The solution aimed to both streamline the internal team’s daily operations and provide customers with transparent and clear visibility into the services being delivered.

What Was Done

The platform was developed using a modular architecture consisting of three separate Vite + React applications and a central NestJS API. Prisma and PostgreSQL were used for the data layer, while frontend data management was handled using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query.
A secure authentication infrastructure was established using JWT-based session management, HttpOnly refresh cookie rotation, role-based permissions, and user-specific access scopes. Differentiated access models were created for administrator, employee, and customer users.
On the CRM side, corporate website contact forms were directly integrated into the sales pipeline. Potential customers were analyzed, scored, and personalized communication templates were generated using a lead scanning system supported by SerpAPI and Gemini.
On the project management side, data on clients, purchased services, employee assignments, tasks, checklists, sprints, release processes, and GitHub repository data were consolidated into a single structure. Cloudinary-based file management, secure sharing links, customer revisions, and Socket.IO-powered real-time workspaces were developed.
With integrations for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads, ad accounts, campaigns, performance data, synchronization logs, and reports became centrally manageable. The Social Media module enabled content planning, creative production, client approval, publishing, and performance tracking. Through Growth Hub, data from various service channels was consolidated to generate weekly action items, strategic reports, and automated growth recommendations.

Result

The outcome is a comprehensive digital agency infrastructure that serves as Social Tech’s digital storefront, sales system, operations center, and customer communication platform.
The management team can manage CRM leads, clients, employees, projects, tasks, service performance, and ad integrations from a single dashboard. Specialized teams can access only the clients and service areas they are responsible for to track their tasks, content, campaigns, and deliverables.
Customers, meanwhile, can view and manage the services they’ve purchased, project progress, campaign performance, files, reports, revisions, and approval requests through their own portals.
The platform offers a scalable operational system that reduces manual coordination, enhances transparency in client communication, makes all processes from sales to delivery trackable, and supports Social Tech’s growth.
